When running a health club in a competitive market it is the extra things that you do that can ensure that members keep coming back to you and also start telling their friends what a fantastic place the club is. While the main focus is to ensure that people achieve their fitness goals it is also important to let them interact with other members and staff in a totally different medium – this is where I called upon Solar Entertainments.
I was recommended Solar by a former colleague I knew back in Chesterfield and so contacted Solar and told them what sort of evening I wanted for the members. We discussed types of music and the size of venue and I was able to download the playlists so I could give them to members to help break down any barriers there could be.
What a night, what a service – to say the event went down a storm is an understatement – I only expected a handful of people but the room was buzzing and what I made in bar revenue certainly covered Solars very competitive rate.
The sound quality was fantastic with none of that stereotypical feedback and all songs on the playlist were available. Which was no surprise as Dave (Mr Solar Entertainment) arrived about an hour before hand to ensure that everything was working fine and the sound was ok.
The way that the event was hosted meant that people were up on the mic on a regular occurance and as the night wore on Dave conducted the thronging masses in a way that they all got their turn and enjoyed a thoroughly fantastic night out.
As a business manager I would say that for a club, an event or even a party Solar Entertainments would provide a Taylormade service for the occasion. My birthday is next month and I have already enquired if Solar can come and do it for me – but they are busy so I would get them now whilst you can.
